Large organizations often struggle with IT systems composed of multiple applications on one hand, but offering only very rarely monitoring functions on the other. A frequent consequence is that staff members spend a lot of time for monitoring processes instead of using it exclusively for finding solutions for upcoming problems. As a result, big organizations often appear slow and cumbersome (especially towards their clients).

EMS helps you to supervise your IT systems, identify problems and subsequently to inform your staff accordingly. This approach saves a lot of time and accelerates extremely the processes in your enterprise.

The EMS is a system that automatically checks any data source for problems (e.g. undischarged complaints) and subsequently evaluates them. Depending on how much the existing problems have escalated (e.g. open for 5 days) the responsible persons and their superiors get informed.

The EMS can be used whenever certain situations are to be monitored and, wherever appropriate, the responsible authorities have to be notified. Since the architecture of the EMS is constructed to be extremely flexible, the recipient does not always have to be a natural person. Thus, the EMS can be used for situations reaching from the open client request (staff are informed by e-mail) to the warning for unpaid invoices (clients are contacted by mail).

EMS offers you the possibility to define the nature of the problem centrally and across the systems, the staff member responsible for the problem, and the entity to be informed in case the problem cannot be solved within a certain period of time. Thus the EMS unleashes large capacities, because your IT system does not have to be monitored anymore, but it reports, when a problem is identified.

Autonomy and independence from the external systems to be monitored, is one of the biggest advantages of the EMS. These two properties provide for a constant performance of the staff, even if the basic external system (for example accountancy or ERP) is changed or does not procure its own monitoring function. Therefore, the EMS offers a very high investment security.
